What does the manager's work environment responsibility mean?

The course is aimed at you who lead employees and where you have work environment tasks and responsibilities. As a manager, you have a key role in creating a healthy and sustainable work environment.

For you to have the best possible conditions for this work, we go through the basics of work environment legislation.

Among other things, we rely on the approach of the Swedish Working Environment Authority Law and Regulations on the systematic management of the work environment, the organizational and social work environment, and the adaptation of work. We take a closer look at your responsibilities as a manager and the importance of employee engagement in managing the work environment. We will also discuss how to have a sustainable and efficient work environment
