More Innovation in the workplace

Innovations at work can take many forms. This may mean streamlining a process, bringing forward new ideas at meetings, or tackling common business problems from a new angle.

Innovations are not something that come by themselves for everyone. Some people may have trouble thinking in new ways, but that doesn't mean they can't. They might just need a little push to get more inspiration.

There are many ways to build a culture that fosters innovation, ranging from playful games for kids to activities that spark creativity.
